A magnet has two poles.  One will attract an object and the other will repel the object.  When you become a magnet you will have the power to both attract and repel also.

The Pareto principle, or 80/20 rule as it is known in the vernacular, says that 80% of your income will come from 20% of your clients.  Or that 80% of your problems will come from 20% of your clients.

Once you understand this principle you have the freedom to fire the 20% of your clients that give you the most problems, and concentrate on the other 80%.  Even better is to fire the 80% of your clients and concentrate on the 20% that produce 80% of your income.  The principle behind The Four Hour Work Week.

 Using this principle in attraction marketing we are able to both selectively attract the kind of people we want to work with, and to qualify the people within that group so that we only take on the 20 percenters.

One of the most difficult things I found when working for other people was I didn't have the right to choose who I worked with. 

There is nothing that will make the days more miserable than working along side someone who does not have the same values you do.  Who totally self-centred, or whose only enjoyment in life is putting other people down.
